Goodwill and intangible assets are about 40% of the 114 million in assets. With the stock falling to near record lows , huge dilution will occur and the 79,500,000 share count will skyrocket as they will need huge cash inflows to continue making payroll and IMHO wasting money on dumb projects that so far haven’t helped their top line nor bottom line at all.
