I understood what he meant. It’s been covered that the Korean company manufactures and fabricates the digesters. DG is correct on that..

My question is...do the Kwaks/ECOS have sole distribution rights to selling their machines in North America?

From what I gathered, they do have those sole rights.

ECOS has never filed any document proving they are a 'middle man" for anything?? That's the first thing shareholders should have looked for before buying ECOS shares IMO.
