MORE DILUTION - TOXIC CONVERTIBLE NOTES

Unfortunately, USMJ doesn't have enough shares authorized to allow conversion of all the toxic notes, including those in default. Will have to raise the share auth to 40 or 50 billion shares or do a big reverse split and keep the share auth at 20 billion shares so they can continue this dilution nightmare.
