Wow - an MMEX STRONG that can sort of tell time... yes, midnight tonight, or 00:00 November 15, 2018.

It is laughable to see the reaction, and misinformation from the MMEX STRONG on the reverse split.

First of all, it is nearly a calendar month late in terms of execution - this means the demented, incompetent Mad J. damped MMEX's PPS for almost two months, because of the timing. Crushing shareholder value like that takes true "talent."

There is none, as in zero connection between the reverse split, and financing, other than paving the way for additional toxic lending, despite the misleading claims by MMEX STRONG. MMEX has no access to legitimate capital markets, and is in no way qualified to act as a JV syndicate partner.

That's midnight tonight...
