The other problem here is that it says "prior" to Nov 14th, so technically the deadline has already been missed. I would still give him credit though if something is posted by midnight.
No games being played. Planning means what it means, and it doesn't mean what it doesn't mean. As I said before though, if fins aren't filed today by the deadline, he should provide an explanation and a hard date when they will be filed. If the fins aren't filed and the stock tanks, I would consider that a buying opportunity.
