I dont see any way possible that trtc could list with cse as all their management team has been involved in criminal offenses. This worries me. By merging with gldff it seems they could use their management to get around these qualifications. Cmon gleaf. Get out of this merger. Nothing good can come from it

There is a chance that Michael james and Michael Nahasss might have to step down as officers and Golden leaf folks would take over roles
