Every shiny new shareholder should do a little DD and look at the following:

1. the PPS plummet after the last two reverse splits.
2. the PR's about Turkey -- what the company SAID and what actually HAPPENED
3. the past few financial statements
4. the lack of any real news about CFDA clearance.
