155,714 PTEL + 7000 DUTV = 162,712 TORQ shares @?

162,712 F/S 1000:1 = 162,712,000 TORQ shares @ ?

162,712,000 TORQ + 240,000,000 ENTI certs = 402,712,000 TORQ @ ?



Still PTEL in that clear only account. Believe they must clear before the above. Kinda sitting at $2 on those PTEL. Hudson did say 1/2 would join later... Maybe by April 2019...

PTEL looks to be a relatively good buy...at these prices. PTEL was de-listing right ?
