Don't think Horizon was tanking the stock though they would buy the whole company if they could. And I'm not sure this will go all the way back to 400. But even it it does, it's a classic market overreaction IMO. It sucks being a bag-holder (I added a ton of TPL on the way up), but dividend pay-outs are still handsome and will only get better.
This is a super long play, like buying a house. You only have to look at the drilling plans for Chevon and co. to see the billions -- billions -- they are investing in TPL land over next 5 -10 years. GLTA.
