The only worry with GTHP is constant thereat of 800:1 STOCK SPLIT LAST Completed IN 2017. Hopefully no more .There is NO reason for stock spilt with 479M shares only for such a great stock

Lets hope this Massive RUN does not lead to usual SCAM of share increased followed by R/M. 90% of OTC SCAM follows this pattern. GTHP Seems clean .
