$HSGX - scratching my head as well as to this PPS decline, but it was heavily shorted right after ER.

Fear spooks traders away.

Nothing has really changed since we hit $0.90 - more of the same. Last PR was neutral to me, so to say that the decline was due to the language and etc, is all just an excuse to explain all the short selling by hedge funds and groups.
