There's massive amount of evidence this being a scam.
The basic concept of a scam is to take something worthless and claim it has huge value and then tell someone you can get it very cheap. Very simple idea applies from gypsies selling "golden" rings on the street to corporate scams. Sounds familiar with this P/B 0,01 company?
The share price plummeting and dilution increase is BECAUSE THERE IS NO REAL UNDERLYING BUSINESS. We don't see customers or harvests and they get toxic loans and have no bank relations BECAUSE THERE IS NO REAL UNDERLYING BUSINESS. They can't sell assets, they can't streamline the business, they fail to deliver cash to shareholders BECAUSE IT'S ALL FAKE STUFF. The CEO goes to Sweden to lure meatball investors instead visiting all different businesses and locations and customers BECAUSE IT'S ALL FAKE STUFF.
But hey they CLAIM and REPORT there is huge value, then they don't buy themselves never ever but they print and sell more shares at 1% book value for this because they are so nice!
So very basic scam concept here. Chinese company in agricultural section which is tax free and thus loosely monitored. Post reverse-split. Come on.
How much red flags, abnormalities, dilution and value loss you need to start believing the real world instead of silly speculations here and their reports?
