I really can't put a number on it but it will likely be much more than previous suits (last 10-Q showed $6.2M in licensing fees). Amazon has a MC of over $800B, 2017 revenue of $177.87B and a licensing agreement with them would be just huge for any percentage!
There are some here that likely could be more definitive than myself.
