The problem is that the BioAmber assets have been liquidated.

The Q stocks in the reverse mergers were Chapter 11 and reorganized - that isn't the case for BIOAQ.

I know shareholders are in denial but the facts are the common shares will be cancelled.

Who is going do a reverse split with a company where the management and the Directors have resigned - there isn't any assets...

Yes they were all reverse splits . All would have been a losing investment. Please point just one out ?
