Absolutely incorrect - the common shares will be cancelled according to the US Bankruptcy laws - which you need to understand before investing in a Q stock.
There is a great deal of false and misleading from those underwater - but it is just pinky fantasyland that the common shares will remain intact.
According to US Bankruptcy laws if the unsecured creditors are impaired then the common shareholders will be impaired.
But I see the fantasyland posts on every Q stock - that their shares won't be cancelled - see ARIOQ same nonsense was posted there...
I know but bioamber is different - hardly!
PwC stated very clearly that the Equity Interest would be cancelled.
The price will keep dropping the volume will dry up - the number of posts will decrease and then one day BIOAQ will be fka - the ticker will be deleted and the common shares will be cancelled.
