this is not that bad at all than,I think he is still collecting shares on the bid

one thing I do not understand as I asked before,If alessi decided to pull out or he already decided to pull out,all he has to do is lets say cancel the case through his lawyer,courts get updated,case gets dismissed and that is it

but case is still open,if courts made any decision they would have updated the case on the website

so this is still game on,but also we the retail get the news last,it could have already been dismissed but we would be last to find out

thoughts?
