DT...Your opinion is right on with that target. We have all seen to many of these fly by night Fluff filled PR type outfits run to 50 cents and higher. IPKL has relations with China and the product in place to hit that blind folded.
I am no expert in stocks, but this potential deal is so big. Why not a dollar? Give it a few years. The massive revenues with little overhead is tittilating ( love that word even if I don't know how to spell it!).
I really want to pull the certs and forget about it. But I'll probably sell at under 2 cents, lol.
