GRYN, Thank you Shanak10! My first thought was that he should have filed a Form 4 since he already owns shares and is an officer.
However, this is reporting an Indirect Ownership through Alita Capital, so I'm sure they know what they are doing.
Kind of a Snooze-Fest here lately, not much volume. Just holding and waiting here...(which is what everyone else is doing since we have no volume...lol)
