I always said it has to be quarterly. 6 months holding period could be too long, especially for SIAF.
Nevertheless, I expect some major developments for ODRAS. But, it is not a certainty. But it should overshadow the cash dividends. As should the stock dividend, if it comes later.
That is a major issue, and the mess-up with the TRW-distribution doesn't help either... I guess they'll say that they "expect to fix it within the next few weeks" (either in the Q-report or in the CC), but that might be to late...
Anyways - the 6 months between the cash dividends is far to long. They need to announce the first 5 cents in the Q3-report with payment in December, and they also need (in the Q3-report) to change the cash dividends for 2019 into monthly dividends of 1 cent each, with the first ex date in January.
If Solomon expects people to stay as shareholders he needs to start deliver, and he needs to keep the PPS from falling.
