I believe most around here realize there is no legal obligation to report any transactions in the stock because it is a non reporting entity. Good idea to get facts straight before pontificating. Furthermore, Glenn immediately reported the sales to CMG attorneys.
Big deal there were a few delays. This is not a big board stock. How were the shareholders effected by the filings delayed by short period of times?
