If it doesn't... I think I give up on trying to figure out the OTC. Haha.

People are always getting garbage stocks with hundreds of millions or even billions of shares to run wild on B.S. speculation before they even file with the SEC.

Then you find something with NXEN where it's not just speculation, but actually easy to prove thanks to SEC filings, PRs, etc. and they shy away.

*shrug*

I just wonder who has picked up the last 1.3 million shares...
