I believe around the time they announced Pestell coming aboard and the acquisition. He may still be a member of the Board, but he clearly relinquished his oversight and handed back to Nader.

At first I suspected that was because Dr. Pestell would be taking on a more forward role, not just CMO. We will see.

Sabanisgod , - I just checked CYDY website and Mr Anthony D. Caraccido is listed as Chairman of the board..

Personally I am very happy that he is not attending our CC anymore.

First time I heard the way he speak , with this flat voice , the way he is explaining , no excitement there about what he those , I wanted to be depressed ...

This is medicine not oil stock , here if you care and can help many,
people can hear that in your voice !!! No other way !!!

I posted this after his first CC with us ...

With him little at the distance I feel much better...
