sorry nw but don't need it. I presently have a NICE place and won't have any personal use for it as I will be upgrading by the end of '19 (when you aren't here any longer) courtesy of weed/cgc.
But I DO have an idea... instead of shipping this "beauty" to Db's island...please ship it to Denver. We have more than our share of homeless individuals that could use it for shelter this time of year so they can avoid freezing to death on the streets of our wonderful city. I will give my caretaker of the vehicle $1,000 for heat and food to get them started which should last until spring.
My advice to you would be to stick to your charting, cause you lack many of the basic skills that promote positive social interaction with others. Most always a result of questionable upbringing.
