Actually - no. Fluctuations come and go on the OTC with nearly every OTC stock.

If TRTC goes lower for a couple of weeks or even months, that is no indication that money cannot be made flipping a 1.30 buy by waiting a few months. Historically, TRTC share prices since 2014 have proven this time after time after time.
