Not a "Gamechanger" at all. These votes listed in this article will have no effect on Nipton whatsoever. If you can find anything in this article than can prove otherwise than please show me and this board the proof.
Nipton is still an unincorporated town and cannot produce or sell marijuana. Period! It is disingenuous to post this as a game changer.
Did you read the article? This wasn't a countywide vote to legalize marijuana, these were individual incorporated cities voting on whether or not to legalize cannabis sales within their city limits. Key word being incorporated. They can do this. Nipton can't because it is bound by county laws, not their own.
