They had terrible news after the bell yesterday - negative cash flow: For at least the next 12 months, we anticipate that the operating performance at Horizon Global Corp. will be worse than previously expected due to weaker performance in Europe and the impact of tariffs from China. -- As a result, we are lowering our issuer credit rating on Horizon to 'CCC' from 'CCC+'. --
