What kind of investor would think a US pot stock was capable of profits under the current laws? Only a really poor one. IRS rule 280E determines the current tax reporting and that alone explains the bulk of the issue. Then there is the basic illegality of the plant and that stops banking, limits better funding, causes costly security, and stops any interstate commerce or the cross leveling of products and even cash.

Which is why I believe it's best to drop your costs and increase your share count until legalization. Then, after it's ben legalized, you can impress me with your concern for normal business metrics.
