I think the license model was good for FL as it's medical only right now and at the time a full acquisition may or may not have been fruitful. As I continue to see progress with the FL labs... I really think WW should throw down and acquire these guys. I'm 90% certain a recreational amendment is going to at least be on the FL ballot in 2020. It may not pass but it's coming.
