Smooshing is already patented, so I suppose. Obviously one needs the right pressure, not too high (everything just pulp) and not too low (living zombie cancer cells). Sotio, a private company in Czechia are the experts for smooshing, you'll find a few articles from them, e.g.

EDIT: of course those "living zombie cancer cells" would have to overcome anoikis, but still, it's better when they're dead.
