Thanks for your candor. The whole thing just stinks and makes me sick to my stomach. I have been a GE shareholder for over 20 years, since back in the glory days under Jack Welch. Jeff Immelt inherited the finest company in the world and just proceeded to destroy it and run it into the ground.

In the CNBC coverage this am leading up to the interview with our new CEO, there was even a suggestion that there are whispers of potential looming accounting issues, ala Enron, etc. Hope that is not the case.

The most lasting thing to me was the CEO's admission on how over-leveraged GE is right now, in response to the comment/question as to how GE is going to address its $100 Billion in debt when it currently has negative cash flow.

Years ago they would turn down a lot of good talent, under pay folks, stick with old technology. I bailed in 1994.
