I agree with you, this company is pure BS. It went pretty good for me for several years since I traded Siaf, this stock was excellent for trading. And at the same time I had a long holding which was caught in the avalanche of the collateral shares that came from nowhere for me. They lied about those collateral, and thats their fraud according to me. And they also promised post ECAB deal no more paying bills with shares, which also turned out to be a lie.
I should have gotten out when Fredrik became silent, and Bertil left, then you knew that something was wrong. The recent events is just pathetic, planting fruit trees and starting a "trading division", well if thats what you do when you need a fast buck then you might wonder why they had to dilute us to zero?
I remember when the HUI-plantation started to perform poorly, then they invested in greenhouse shelters, what happened with that, was it also a lie? Soon the need to dilute to get greenhouses for the new fruit trees!
The only things we got from years of dilution and several toxic loans, that seems to be somewhat profitable is a few fishponds. And to this day Solly is still in total control of Siaf (and Triway). He might escape justice hiding in China, but the other guys will face the law.

I must agree with you in that there MUST in fact be a sustaining underlying business for any endurance of shareholder value creation. If not it will be a flash of maybe a day/week/month... not much longer than a quarter and then the reality will sink in. IF, that's a HUGE IF, there is anything lying under the all the air here then Solomon & Co. must open the gate for it to be realized within the next several days, weeks. Or else I believe it will drop under 10 cents and stays there until or unless something hits the fan and sticks onto the smelly and slimy walls of our highly heralded fish houses. BTW, Why hasn't Anthony appeared lately? Has he resigned or taken leave? I actually enjoyed his presentations albeit they were way too idealistic and far from the reality and practicality of such a cash starved enterprise run by our little wizard of fish, the prawn master himself, hiding behind that intimidatingly dark, evil and smelly curtain of dehydrated fish.
