I EMAILED them to see if they would call back...and they did in 10 mins.. i never believed they would give me any info..only to see if they would respo0nd...if they didnt then i would have had the opinion that they didnt care or did not want to speak to anyone--calling me back did one thing for me...still believe they are on track....
fyi-- call one of the phony companies and see if they respond...
