Who are those very stupid sellers which have kept dumping Tens Of Millions Dirt Cheap shares at the New bottom supporting price 0.0002?

Anyway I'm willing to buy up to 588.59M shares at 0.0002 to bail all of them out at 0.0002, instead of 0.0001!

The Entire float of TPNI is only 588.59M shares!
