So “financials of a non operating SEC filing company involved in a 9+ year legal battle and shorting”. Got it.

Now “maybe phone a friend” for the following:

Excited to see more "Defense here and for what again is everyone defending?" ~Mr. E

Best part of the story. The CASE MOVES FORWARD! "Say anything and everything but this reads totally different."

Which one pictures or WORDS?

"Court Ruling Moves Sector 10 Case Forward

Yesterday afternoon, the Court in Sector 10 Holdings Inc.’s litigation against a number of defendants, titled Sector 10, Inc. Plaintiffs . v. Lee Allen et al., Case No. 119907606 in the Third District Court Salt Lake County, Utah, issued its oral ruling on defendants’ motions for summary judgment to dismiss all of Sector 10’s claims against them.

In its ruling, the Court denied defendants’ request to dismiss Sector 10’s claims for breach of contract and tortious interference against certain defendants. The Court, however, did grant defendants’ requests to dismiss Sector 10’s claims for misappropriation of trade secrets.

With this ruling, Sector 10 can now pursue its tortious interference and breach of contract claims in a second phase of fact discovery that Sector 10 believes will result in additional evidence further supporting its claims.

On $SECI Trading:

To all our investors, please be cautious to manipulation and threats.

Sector 10, Inc has been in touch with the SEC, and yes, there appears to have been some shady activity, along with a tremendous amount of shorting.

Some of you have called on the SEC to investigate, we extend our regrets to all of you as manipulative market activity has driven us to the Gray Market.

Sector 10 is also to cooperate with SEC in investigating defendants actions."

The note holders are the people that loony CEO Deavila is suing in this grand lawsuit, the remaining people that is to say. SECI still owes for the principal note amounts, this is just the most recent 10Q calculation for interest. Principal is around $800.000 Then there are the wages! Nearly $800,000 in wages for a year divided among 2 people.

if your IP was stolen and you were stuck in court for 10 years against multi billion dollar companies you would have zero assets either. the fact they have survived all of this is what is impressive. we will see what the court case determines is justice.
