You don´t know what a fluff pr is. A guarantee that there is 6 month no dilution not many publicly traded companies would give!

And you don´t know the pps in 6 months and the terms of potential new notes. You cannot expect that a publicly traded company will stay forever dilution free, because they go public to raise money.

You also don´t know how much the new acquisitions are worth. Next weeks you will see! $DIGAF
