I don't agree Andrew. I see US listed Chinese companies out there with very poor fundamentals who filed an S-3 recently which means a lot more dilution. Effectively there is no value there and despite that, SIAF is valued lower.
What Solomon needs to do is reduce uncertainty and increase confidence. Formalize the cash dividend and consider a special dividend. Provide clarity on a number of issues. Convince us that dilution is over. Convince us that he will prioritize SIAF shareholders and not TRW. Communicate properly through press releases. Announce contracts. Tell the story. Get Garrett on the BOD.
As I said before, they need to do ALL of these things. So how about it Garrett?
