That makes perfect sense and I wouldn't presume to tell a public CEO how to do his job, but I believe that your simple explanation would have added a great deal to the PR if it was laid out that way.

Unfortunately just as is the case with specific dates, there seems to be a reticence at IPIX to provide specific definitions. Perhaps those familiar with the lingo would have known that "successful meeting" definition, but I got the sense from the question that was initially posed that your understanding isn't universally known.

In the case of OM and by your definition anything less than permission "to design and submit a phase 3 trial protocol" using the subject numbers provided at the meeting would be an unsuccessful meeting.

Assuming that's what this CEO meant, thanks.

That is a very strict definition. I would bet Leo and Art would disagree. Your definition is a lock to result in failure for ipix.
