A Africa based real estate development partnership (A REIT, commonly used in the United States for large development projects) a REIT firm that uses investors and lending partners to build LARGE REAL ESTATE PROJECTS like major condo developments, commercial space like shopping centers, business parks, etc.

$GIFX has stated several times they are/were EXPANDING THEIR PRESENCE ON THE AFRICAN CONTINENT....and BOOM....there it is...on a 100% independent company's website....GIFA IS LISTED AS A "KEY PARTNER"....MAJOR REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS...KA-POW....KA-BOOM.....

WHO DOES Capitaland East Africa list as a PARTNER....uh...GIFA Inc...w/ a picture of the NEW GIFA Inc headquarters buildings....and in the same list are other MAJOR SIZED COMPANIES...including a 150 year old India based MEGA CONGLOMERATE who's also listed as a "development partner" to this Africa REIT....

NOW HOW CAN A SUPPOSED "SHAM" or "SCAM" (all false propagated BS) such as GIFA Inc...aka GIFX be listed on this Africa company's website...alongside other MAJOR development and investment firms....HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE ....LOL...

PUT ANOTHER MARK IN THE FACT BASED GIFA Inc "DUE DILIGENCE" column..and THIS WOULD BE ROLLED-INTO THIS REVERSE MERGER...as it's already named "GIFA Inc" which is SYNONYMOUS WITH $GIFX.....SCORE AGAIN...!
