Let’s face it, how would they raise money to pay filing fees?

Dilution? And who would buy?

If something happens they can always file, even after it has been administratively dissolved.

I'm sure Kevin Tupper would tell all... don't worry about a thing... we're dealing with nothing... but above the board... honest people... who are in charge now... don't question a thing... they are completely trustworthy... at least that's what Kevin Tupper was telling everyone early on... as he was making deals with them behind the scenes...
