Let's once again be more specific. What "promise due to lack of planning" are you referring to and how do you know that the company is not committed?

What "all kind of excuse" has this company given? Provide us with evidence.

Spoiled? It's obvious that you are totally ignoring all the malicious activity that had almost killed the company off leaving us shareholders empty handed.

Please provide the evidence where the company states the product is "perfect".
