Also, BTW, FINRA IS doing just fine and serve their purpose to protect investors. There is nothing wrong with them and the delay has nothing to do with them either...…..My guess is some things will have to change before it get to fly under a new name. Current share structure is a 'train wreck' ahead....

I have no idea what he paid for the company he may have 25m ordinary shares or 100m. What does it matter. The purchase is how he because the CEO. No one voted him in.
