After listening to this mornings CC, Nektar made a point that only one patient experienced a Immune AE's in the small trial. Normal expectation in the Optivo/Ipi trials runs in the 10% range.

Because of the CR effect along with the low AE's, the goal would be to use Optivo/214 followed by Optivo/IPI to create a system approach.
