ks I don't know about such cases. If the pps had gone up and those who sold after the ex-date had suffered a loss in buying back those shares to get the stock dividend it is possible that they could have been entitled to have that loss covered by SIAF. It would have been their duty to reduce the loss as much as possible. But since those people can buy back the shares at a profit now I see no reason for suing SIAF.
