In listening to the CEO of TRTC it sounds like they had to discount or destroy those 2000 pounds of cannabis they purchased from Panther Gap Farms in late 2017 for over one million dollars. ......... an expert would know....IMHO

since the numbers stink for Q3 what happened ?
