BACK IN JUNE WHEN THIS ARTICLE WAS PUBLISHED TRTC STOCK PRICE WAS 2.80 THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF THIS ARTICLE WAS TO HELP INVESTORS UNDERSTAND WHY TRTC IS A SHORT AND THAT SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD SELL IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK MUCH BETTER OPPORTUNITIES. TODAY THE SHAREPRICE CLOSED AT 1.57 LET ME DO THE MATH! 1.57 DIVIDED BY 2.80 = .56 THE SHAREPRICE HAS DROPPED SINCE THIS ARTICLE BY 56% PLEASE GIVE ME MORE ARTICLES LIKE COMPLETE SMOKESCREEN-QUESTIONABLE MANAGEMENT POORLY RUN BUSINESS AND DILUTION RISK RATHER THAN POSTS THAT ARE TRYING VERY HARD TO PRESENT A NARRATIVE THAT THIS IS SOMEHOW NOT REAL HAS ULTERIOR MOTIVES AND THEY HAVE SEEN THIS BEFORE. NOW YOU AS GLDFF SHAREHOLDERS NEED TO READ THE ARTICLE! MY NEXT POST WILL PRESENT A NEW SHARE CONVERSION RATIO THAT AS SHAREHOLDERS WE SHOULD DEMAND OR WE CAN ALWAYS FILE AN INJUNCTION.

" It's quite amazing how similar the business plans / approach that terra tech and Golden Leaf have been following, nearly identical. This merger is a good match and should save both companies some major green on their expansion costs".

So Peterson's business plan in my view is to get incredibly rich off of investors. The questions that we need to ask ourselves are what are the accomplishments that they have achieved in their first 2 years of existence and how much money they spent. Another thing to look at would be if they appear to be thrifty with spending investors money and making correct choices to increase shareholder value.

It appears to me that TerraTech wastes a lot of money enriching insiders and tend to move at a snails pace doing the things that increase shareholder value.

There are other US based Cannabis Companies that have track records that put TerraTech to shame.
