NIPTON IS STILL UN INCORPORATED MEANING ZERO WEED CAN BE GROWN AND SOLD THERE !!! WHOOPS !!!

Even if it does manage to turn Nipton into a weed wonderland, American General could have some competition for pot tourists. Former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson has already broken ground on a 40-acre ranch in California that aims to be a cannabis resort for growers and enthusiasts of the drug.

Hmmm. What's the trend here?

What is Nipton?

UNINCORPORATED!

All this article is stating is that these cities within San Bernardino County voted to allow cannabis within their city, because they can do that since they are incorporated, they regulate their own citywide laws. Nipton, CA still can not sell marijuana because it is unincorporated.

Hope this clears things up.
