That was me. It was from a conversation with a random customer service agent on the HD website. They said it’s not a hard and fast rule, but still the norm. Usually around noon.
Another thing to consider about the rollout delay, Oct is probably crunch time for finalizing Black Friday lead-up since products were in action alley on Nov 1st here locally. Since grease beast isn’t part of that, our rollout probably took a back seat on the HD side anyway. Puts us in a weird spot now. HD.com traffic will be up this and next month, but if we’re not part of holiday ads, it’s going to be tough to catch eyeballs.
Fingers crossed for nice run on launch, though.
