But the big question is why? Why are they increasing the o/s by 5x?? I don’t get the strategy. Most companies do it because their stock price is too high and they are trying to attract new investors. So now I will have 30,000 X 5 = 150,000 shares at about.15c. Why are they doing this.
I’ve called IR and there is no call back.
Can someone help me understand this. Thanks
