Kinda like when he pronounced “the company has hit all milestones over last year” and surely meant to but must have honestly forgot he delayed FDA submission a full year after saying just four months prior that “company was fully on track to Q3/18 FDA submission”.
Surely he means to be honest but just keep forgetting how???
