Issued and outstanding. Is the amount of shares that the company has issued to raise capital to management and other issuances .

Float is the amount of shares that are actually available for trading. This does not include restricted shares .

Float is approx 17,000,000

You can actually call the tranfer agent to verify these numbers. Guys u can say what u want these are the numbers. Could be a few percent room for error but this is it.
